SMS flight information

The SMS (Short Message Service) flight information enquiry service is launched to bring extra convenience to passengers. Customers of 3, CSL, New World Telecom, PCCW, China Mobile and SmarTone, excluding roaming users, can receive up to the next two days of flight information via SMS.

Two choices

Simply type a short message according to the format below and send it to 508506. The flight information required will be sent to you shortly afterwards.

(1) Basic service (HK$1 per message) - You will receive one message on the latest status of your flight.

(2) Automatic update (HK$5 per flight) - You will receive messages on change of flight status until your flight departs / arrives.

You will be billed only when you successfully receive the valid reply message. Additional charges may apply to individual service plans. Please check with your mobile phone service provider for details.

For current day's flight

^※ "#" for English; "" for Simplified Chinese; If no input, the reply message will be in Traditional Chinese.
^{^}  "A" for arrival flights; "D" for departure flights. Users are advised to specify the "Type of flight". If no input, you may receive multiple messages on both arrival and departure flights and incur an extra charge.
