| Q4. | What is the validity of the HKIA Frequent Visitor Card? The HKIA Frequent Visitor Card will be valid for two years from the date of issue. |

| Q5. | My Frequent Visitor Card will expire soon. How can I renew it? If you have used our channel and recorded for six times or more in the validity of the Card, you are eligible for card renewal. Our administrator will email you to reconfirm your postal address before sending the renewed card to you in the month of the card expiry. For details, please click here. |

| Q6. | If I lose my Frequent Visitor Card, what should I do? Please fill in the application form, only your name, travel document number, postal address and email are required.
