The Airport Ambassador Programme (AAP) offers good on-the-job training opportunities for young people. About 1,000 youth and student ambassadors have been trained since the programme started in 2002.

The AAP is one of the service initiatives that help make sure all passengers feel at home the minute they arrive at HKIA. By serving passengers from all over the world, youngsters can gain valuable experience in customer service and communication.
