46.2 million passengers used Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) in 2009 and about 3.35 million tonnes of cargo passed through the airport. Over 800 aircraft movements and around 95 airlines link HKIA with around 150 destinations worldwide every day, making it one of the busiest international passenger airports in the world.
