Operation Officer (Ref: OO-201408-01)

Our airport operation covers a wide range of functions including terminal and landside operation, land & cross border transport, estate management, passenger services, passenger systems & process improvement, etc.             

Terminal 1 / Terminal 2 & Landside (shift duties required)
Manage real time terminal activities and operations.  Respond to emergencies, incidents and fault report and coordinate with external and internal parties concerned for assistance, remedial actions and solutions.  Oversee service contractors’ performance to ensure delivery of quality service and prepare performance reports.  Take part in operational surveys for identifying industry and customer needs.

Land & Cross Border Transport
Assist in the preparation, coordination and implementation of commercial / service agreements, contracts and tendering exercises.  Conduct market studies, business and operational surveys and collect data for review and analysis.  Perform real time operation duties, passenger flow management, event management, incident handling and investigation.

Estate Management
Assist in contract and facility administration and management to ensure high level of airport service standards. Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints from passengers and business partners.  Upkeep and seek improvement through audit, checks and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Passenger Services
Assist in contract administration and management to maintain high level of airport service standards. Upkeep and seek improvement through audit, checks and implementation of improvement initiatives. Study and analyze customer feedback for enhancing performance standards.

Passenger Systems & Process Improvement
Handle daily administrative and accounting works. Compile statistics and reports and manage filings and records. Coordinate with airport users on their system requests and follow through with internal departments. Assist in project coordination and follow through the action items.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in aviation, logistics, building/facilities management, business administration, transport planning, marketing, information engineering or related disciplines with at least 2 year’s relevant work experience in operational related area
• Secondary level education with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in operational related area
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and motivated
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Possession of HK driving license class 1, 2 (for Terminal 2 & Landside only)
