Senior Operation Officer , Estate Management (Ref: T1EM14-0227-W-01)

• Monitor the performance and operation of various license, lease agreements and revenue contracts.  Conduct regular service audits to ensure full compliance and service quality of service providers
• Coordinate for annual budget planning and day-to-day budget control and revenue reporting
• Plan and conduct market studies, business and operational performance monitoring surveys, and collect data for review and analysis
• Assist in the formulation of business tactics, prepare business presentation, tender documents and agreements, and coordinate with internal and external parties for project implementation in passenger terminals in HKIA
• Maintain good relationship with stakeholders, handle enquiries from licensees and tenants and respond to customer feedback  enquiries

• Degree holder or with tertiary education in Estate / Property / Business Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in contract management, business development, project management and/or estate management
• Business-minded, proactive, service oriented and be able to work independently and under pressure and with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizing skills
• Proficient in PC skills in MS Office applications, preferably in PowerPoint and Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including knowledge in Putonghua
