Training & Development Officer (Ref.: HRTD14-0017-W-02)

Responsibilities
• Deliver Orientation Program and/or other training programs where appropriate
• Assist in the preparation of training/presentation materials as well as management reports
• Maintain up-to-date training record and proper filing system
• Maintain the currency of training curriculum/training calendar and T&D intranet
• Coordinate training administration, logistic arrangement and training facilities management
• Act as System Administrator & Training Administrator for Learning Management System & e-Learning
• Support corporate events and familiarization programs for external parties
• Assist in various annual/ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements
• Diploma or degree holder in Training or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in training and development, preferably from sizable organization
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and attentive to details
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
• Knowledge and ability to use web tools to support training and development initiatives
• Good command of both spoken English & Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua would be advantage
• Has the passion to become a professional trainer
