Superintendent, Electrical & Mechanical (Ref: TSER13-0177-W-01)


  • Assist in planning and organizing maintenance works for HV/LV electrical supply networks, apron and road lighting systems and other E&M services at airport ancillary buildings 
  • Supervise the works of maintenance contractors and conduct system review to ensure system reliability and availability of the HV/LV electrical supply networks
  • Work closely with maintenance contractors to diagnose faults and provide solutions
  • Review the stock levels of spare parts for electrical installations and prepare for replenishment 
  • Conduct testing, commissioning and take over of new systems 
  • Prepare maintenance budget and payment


  • Higher diploma or above in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ relevant work experience in electrical power supply maintenance.  Degree holder with 4 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered.  Experience in maintenance of airport systems will be an advantage
  • Holder of valid certificate of Registered Electrical Worker of HV and/ or LV installations
  • Proactive, service oriented with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
