Guest Services Assistant (Ref: T1VP13-0128-W-01)


  • Assist in delivering VIP baggage to/from VIP Suite, Airline Check-in Counter, Baggage reclaim Hall, retrieving passport clearance as well as transferring VIP to/from aircraft parking stand 
  • Manning of VIP car park kiosk 
  • Carry out daily inspection of VIP Lounge and vehicles 
  • Assist in house-keeping of VIP Lounge 
  • Required to wear uniform and work shifts / irregular hours


  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year’s relevant experience in customer services 
  • Possess a valid HK driving license is an advantage 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.  Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
