Senior Manager, HR Relationship Management (Ref: HRA13-0089-RM-W-01)
Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources the successful candidate will be a senior member of the HR team with a key role in delivering quality account servicing and front line support on HR issues to departments. S/he will lead a team in providing all-round personnel services e.g. manpower planning & recruitment, performance management, counselling, employee relations management; development and implementation of HR policies, as well as other human resources projects.
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines. S/he should be a HR generalist with over 12 years’ managerial experience in human resources with a sizable organization. The candidate should be a strategic thinker and highly analytical. S/he should be well versed with employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong. Apart from excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of HR Manager.
