Human Resources Officer (Ref: HRCB12-0234-W-01)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compensation & benefits review and analysis
  • Perform data collection and compilation for various market surveys, benchmarking exercises
  • Provide support in annual exercises such as pay review and in ad hoc projects 
  • Reponsible for administration of employee benefits such as medical benefits, life and employees’ compensation insurance, etc

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Three years’ experience in human resources field with at least 1 year in compensation and benefits area
  • Well-versed in the employment related ordinances in Hong Kong
  • Attentive to details and able to work independently 
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
