Senior Operation Officer, Maintenance (Ref: TSER10-0092-W-01)

Responsibilities:

• Perform front-line response and real time monitoring of airport facilities including fault attendance and isolation of affected systems
• Prepare fault report and analysis, incident investigation and duty log.  Develop and drill on system failures scenarios, implement and refine process management on fault response work
• Perform work supervision in the areas of facilities maintenance, alternation and improvement.  Conduct defect inspection, testing and commissioning of new works
• Assist in liaison with internal departments, business partners, government departments, contractors and tenants
• Required to perform shift duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate’s holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Electronics or other related discipline
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in frontline operation and maintenance on large scale system facilities. Experience in either Electrical & Mechanical Services, Building Services and Electronic Systems an advantage
• Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 2 endorsement
• Proactive and service-oriented.  Good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge in Putonghua an advantage
