Superintendent, Buildings (TSER10-0091-W-01)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance works and work with contractors in the areas of building fabric maintenance, alteration and improvement to ensure quality works are delivered in time
• Manage maintenance works from inception, planning, implementation to completion to the satisfaction of asset owners
• Plan sequence of  works to align with operation needs
• Manage and control expenditure within approved budget
• Review and develop innovative work processes and preventive measures
• Work on night shift when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma or High certificate in Building Studies, Structural Engineering  or other related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in building / fit-out work / infrastructure construction / maintenance and sound knowledge of contract management
• Possess a valid HK driving license
• Proactive and service-oriented. Good communication , interpersonal and organization skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
