Senior Operation Officer, Terminal 2 & SkyPier (TLEL10-0088)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of airlines and passenger handling agents’ performance
• Assist in the resources planning for check-in counters, ticketing / information counters and storage
• Assist in the planning and implementation of operation procedures to ensure smooth passenger flow
• Investigate and handle customers’ complaints
• Perform analytical tasks including operational, financial and business analysis for the identification of customers’ and industry trend
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Transportation, Business Administration or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience with at least 3 years in airlines / airport operations environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• A good team player, detail oriented, enthusiastic and motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
