Senior Operation Officer, Road Traffic Management (TLEL10-0085)

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operation management of car parks, roads and landside infrastructure to deliver efficient and smooth operation
• Assist in contract administration and management to ensure high level of service standard on landscape and cleaning services in landside areas
• Study and analyse the current operations and assist reporting manager/assistant manager in devising business proposals and initiatives for enhancing efficiency of operations and performance of contractors
• Assist in implementing the relevant policies and procedures for road traffic and car park management to ensure the policies and procedures compile with the statutory requirements
• Assist to prepare and review operation plans such as contingency / emergency plans from time to time for improvement in effectiveness, cost efficiency and quality of service
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Transport/ Aviation Management or a related discipline
• 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in estate, car park and / or road traffic management or related areas.  Experience in contract management of transport facility will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills with good business acumen
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Good command of Putonghua preferred
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
