Senior Operation Officer, Road Traffic Management (TLEL10-0085)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation management of car parks, roads and landside infrastructure to deliver efficient and smooth operation
- Assist in contract administration and management to ensure high level of service standard on landscape and cleaning services in landside areas
- Study and analyse the current operations and assist reporting manager/assistant manager in devising business proposals and initiatives for enhancing efficiency of operations and performance of contractors
- Assist in implementing the relevant policies and procedures for road traffic and car park management to ensure the policies and procedures compile with the statutory requirements
- Assist to prepare and review operation plans such as contingency / emergency plans from time to time for improvement in effectiveness, cost efficiency and quality of service
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Transport/ Aviation Management or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience in estate, car park and / or road traffic management or related areas. Experience in contract management of transport facility will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills with good business acumen
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua preferred
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
