Assistant Manager, Estate Planning & Management (TLEL10-0068-W-01)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all estate management services including building and fire safety, building and facility maintenance, waste and energy management, janitorial services, terminal furniture and floor/wall coverings, terminal ambience, indoor landscaping and relevant infrastructure development projects
- Manage tendering exercises in collaboration with technical and procurement departments. Formulate, enforce and administer contractual agreements with contractors and outsourcing service providers. Review and upkeep their performance via regular auditing
- Explore and derive measures to lower operating costs while improving/maintaining service standard at the same time
- Take charge of terminal space allocation and ensure efficient space usage
- Work closely with the operation team to facilitate day-to-day terminal operation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or a related discipline
- 6-8 years relevant working experience in estate / infrastructure management or related discipline. Experience in contract management of transport facility will be an advantage
- Excellent planning, organization and execution skills. Highly observant, customer-focused with good attention to details
- Tactful with strong communication and negotiation skills. Good team player and able to cope with all walks of life
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua preferred
