Assistant Architect (TSER10-0071-W-01)

Responsibilities:

• Perform architectural & project management duties for architectural and improvement works projects
• Conduct architectural feasibility studies and prepare presentation materials for new and renovation projects
• Ensure all design and construction works completed per defined architectural standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or other related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in architectural design and project management. Previous experience in transport related building/complex projects an advantage
• Proficient in architectural rendering and Photoshop software are essential, knowledge in CADD software “MicroStation” an advantage
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge in Putonghua an advantage
