Assistant Manager, Road Traffic Management (TLEL10-0067-W-01)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business and operation management of car parks, roads and related infrastructure development.  In charge of landscape and cleaning management of the landside areas
• Manage and administer the relevant contracts and ensure high level of performance by the contractors and service providers
• Develop and implement business plans and proposals to increase revenue. Revenue and account management of designated facilities / systems / service products
• Assist in the formulation of policies and procedures for road traffic and car park management and to ensure the policies and procedures are complied with the statutory requirements.  Responsible for the gazettal of relevant traffic regulations and road designation
• Maintain effective working relationship with business partners and stakeholders including relevant Government departments and agencies
• Prepare and review traffic diversion contingency and emergency plans from time to time for improvement in effectiveness, cost efficiency and quality of service

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Transport/ Aviation Management or a related discipline
• 8 years’ relevant working experience in transport or aviation industries with at least 5 years at supervisory level, familiar with relevant Government regulations will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, planning, communication and presentation skills
• Tactful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Good command of Putonghua preferred
