Tender for Provision of Medical Services (Tender No.: PS-2013-MES-004)

The Airport Authority (the "Authority") is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the Hong Kong International Airport (the "Airport").

The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organization(s) with proven experience and capability for the Provision of Medical Services at the Hong Kong International Airport. The term of the Licence is for a total of five (5) years with an option to extend for not more than two (2) years, subject to the discretion of the Authority. Details of the invitation are contained in the Tender Documents.

Interested parties shall write on a company letterhead to Ms.Irene Chan, Assistant General Manager, Passenger Services, Terminal 1 Department (fax no.852 - 2183 5611), giving details of the contact person with whom an appointment for the collection of the tender documents can be made.

Upon confirmation of appointment, the tender documents will be available for collection in person from 2: 30 p.m.on 8 April 2013 (Hong Kong time) during office hours (9: 00 a.m.to 5: 50 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) at the Airport Authority, HKIA Tower, 1 Skyplaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong.A tender document fee (non - refundable) of HK$1,000 in the form of cheque payable to "Airport Authority" drawn on a licensed bank in Hong Kong is required at the time of collection.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the tender documents and be submitted to the Authority by depositing into the Authority's tender box as described in the tender documents not later than 2: 30 p.m.on 6 May 2013 (Hong Kong Time). Late submission will not be accepted.

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and / or submission of a tender, shall be borne entirely by the party concerned without recourse to the Authority.The Authority is not bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer.
