The Airport Authority Hong Kong (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). The Authority hereby invites applications from interested organization(s) with proven experience and capability for the provision of hotel coach service at the Airport.
Interested organization who wishes to apply for the above contract should write to Mr Y F Tai, Manager, Land & Cross Border Transport Management, Terminal 2 & Landside Department, by fax (fax number +852 2182 9382) on its Company letterhead giving the name, address, telephone and fax number of the contact person to whom an appointment for the collection of the application documents could be made.
The documents related to the application (“Application Document”) will be available for collection at the Airport Authority, HKIA Tower, 1 Skyplaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong. from 2:30 p.m., 15 April 2014 upon appointment and payment of a non-refundable charge of HK$1,000 in the form of a cheque payable to “Airport Authority” drawn on a licensed bank in Hong Kong. The Authority’s office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:50 p.m., Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Invitation briefing for hotel coach service is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on 16 April 2014. Interested applicants are required to register on or before 16 April 2014 noon. Registration details will be provided upon collection of Application Document.
Applicants in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Application Document and applications must be submitted and deposited into the Authority’s Tender Box at Lower Ground Floor, HKIA Tower as described in the application documents not later than 2:30 p.m. on 8 May 2014 (Hong Kong Time). Late submission will not be accepted.
All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/or submission of an application, shall be borne entirely by the party concerned without recourse to the Authority. The Authority is not bound to accept any applications and reserves the right to negotiate with any applicants.
