Objectives
To develop young talent with an interest in the aviation industry, HKIA introduced the Management Trainee Programme in 2005. This two-year programme is designed to nurture competent and professional management talents for the future developments of HKIA. Objectives of the programme are to:
- Train and develop a team of management talents specific to the airport business;
- Equip the management trainees with general airport management skills to meet the future developments of HKIA.
