Managing one of the best airports in the world requires a diverse range of skills. Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) hires top-quality people, providing a challenging work environment for growth and experience sharing.
To develop young people with an interest in the aviation industry, HKIA introduced the Management Trainee Programme in 2005. This two-year programme is designed to nurture competent and professional management people for the future developments of HKIA. Objectives of the programme are to:
- Train and develop a team of management professional specific to the airport business;
- Equip the management trainees with general airport management skills to meet the future developments of HKIA.
