Collection of Personal Data at E-Security Gate

When you use the e-Security Gates or the Assisted Channels, your personal data (consisting of your photograph, full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, place of birth, flight information as shown in the boarding pass and live facial features), will be collected and processed by associated systems for entry to the restricted areas of the Airport and other uses as more particularly set out in our e-Security Gates & Assisted Channels Privacy Policy Statement.

If you do not wish your personal data to be collected, please proceed to the Assisted Channels and inform the staff of your wish accordingly, in which event only anonymous information (and not personal data) will be collected for statistical analysis.

We protect and encrypt all your personal data and only anonymous information will be retained for statistical analysis. All the data that could be used to identify you will be deleted from our systems seven days after your flight departs, unless otherwise required by authorised persons or regulatory authorities for civil aviation operation, to safeguard Airport users and for aviation security purposes.
